Bobby Flay, Grillmaster

I was Googling for a salmon recipe just now. I was curious what the baked salmon recipe was that Bobby Flay made on a recent episode of Iron Chef America. The following comment from a reader on that site had me laughing!

I mean, Iron Chef Bobby Flay? C’mon. The guy has two modes: Grill and Corn. When the switch gets stuck half way between, he grills corn.

Bobby is great - and I do think he deserves the Iron Chef title - but I can see how he earned this comment!

You're right, Daniel. Just watching him on tv gives the impression that anyone with a grill could duplicate what he does. His success would indicate otherwise, of course.
