My package arrived today – January 16th. It took FedEx, one of the leaders of the shipping industry, three weeks to get a package from Dallas to Albuquerque.

FedEx Shipping Update.

Despite a published estimated arrival date of 1/12/08, my package STILL ISN’T HERE.
I ordered this package on 12/28/07 and it was picked up by FedEx on that same day. It’s been in transit for NINETEEN DAYS.

I don’t send or receive a lot of FedEx shipments, so maybe this is normal:

From the 28th to the 3rd (inclusive), I’d expect there to be five working days (28-29, 1-3) and two stop days (30-31). Am I wrong about this? Is the 1st a stop day as well? Is the 29th? Six days from [...]
